Partner Onboarding and Local Launch Process

The onboarding process begins with the formal establishment of a partnership. This initial relationship must then be nurtured and strengthened. Every new partner requires close support, hands-on guidance, and effective mentorship. At EduBiz Networks, we bring extensive experience in partner onboarding and local market launches.

1. We typically start with a welcome meeting, which can be held in person or virtually, depending on specific requirements and constraints. As the primary partner, your involvement is crucial, while we facilitate and moderate the meeting.
2. During this session, we introduce the key processes and personnel within your organization to help your partner get acquainted with the structure and contacts.
3. These initial meetings are designed to share knowledge, transfer technology, and provide insights from your experience. A welcome or start-up kit is also provided to your partner(s) at this stage.
4. A comprehensive local launch plan is then developed, and we track progress closely until the official launch is successfully completed.

Our support also includes organizing local press conferences and coordinating all relevant meetings related to the launch event.

Our pricing includes consulting fees for facilitation, along with actual expenses related to lodging, meals, and logistics at the launch site.
